Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours after payment is received and verified.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
Australia
- Standard Shipping: $25 or Free for orders over $200
Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days - Express Shipping: $35
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
3. Delivery
- We use Australia Post as our primary carrier.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier delays.
- We are not liable for delays due to customs, natural events, or courier disruptions.
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct — we cannot redirect packages once dispatched.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at reed@losaeyewear.com.au with your order number.
5. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- In the rare event a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
- We may replace or refund affected items after investigation with the carrier.
6. Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
- Pre-orders will ship once stock arrives; estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it may be shipped separately.
7. Incorrect Addresses
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Refunds for undeliverable parcels will exclude original shipping fees.
